​On February 14, 2020, we opened our doors, unaware of the challenges that lay ahead. Just a month later, the global pandemic hit, testing our resilience and commitment. As COVID-19 spread, it became evident that vulnerable individuals in our community needed urgent support and care.
Many people found themselves isolated, anxious, and lacking essential services. Our team swiftly adapted to the changing situation, implementing strict health protocols to ensure the safety of our clients and caregivers.
